CARJ AGM 2020 by Zoom and Link to Papers
Dear Members and Friends of CARJ
This is to notify you of the CARJ Annual General Meeting (AGM) which will take place on Saturday 7 November 2020 (11:00 – 13:00) by Zoom. Those who wish to attend must register with the CARJ Administrator at info@carj.org.uk
The morning session of the AGM (11:00 – 12:00) will be the business meeting, with Reports and Election of Trustees. This will be followed by a speaker and discussion around the theme – ‘Institutional Racism and the Church.’

Only members of CARJ can vote at the business meeting, but anyone interested in CARJ is welcome to attend and participate. You must register, and a day or two before the meeting you will be sent a link to participate by Zoom. There is no charge for attendance.

About Nominations for Election as CARJ Trustees – AGM 7 November 2020
Any CARJ member(s) can nominate or second someone to be elected as a Trustee at the forthcoming AGM on 7 November 2020.
At the CARJ Trustees Meeting on 5 September 2020, It was agreed that Yogi Sutton and Nikki Petch had come to the end of their terms and would stand down as Chair and Vice Chair respectively. They both agreed to stand for re-election, and Trustees agreed to propose and second both of them for re-election as Chair and Vice Chair respectively.

At the Trustees Meeting on 5 September 2020 it was agreed that Suddie Komba-Kono and Fr Phil Sumner would be standing down (by rotation) at the AGM. Both agreed to stand for re-election and Trustees agreed to propose and second both of them for re-election.
